About the Position – Junior/Senior Business Developer (Remote, Africa)

We are looking for a Junior Business Development based in Africa. preferably in South Africa, Nigeria, Kenya,Morocco,Egypt..etc, to join our international team remotely.

You will play a key role in expanding Safesky Energy intelligent solar system in Africa market by identifying and developing new business opportunities, especially within the Residential(include Rent-To-Own, Pay-As-You-Go cases) and small C&I segment.

You will receive full online training, continuous support & grow mentoring, and report directly to Safesky Energy international team. A visit to our headquarters in China may be possible at a later stage.


Key Responsibilities:

 

Ø Research and identify potential clients and business partners within the solar industry (Residential and small C&I segment.)

Ø Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales opportunities

Ø Monitor the market and competitors to identify trends and opportunities

Ø Support clients and distributors with product training and technical information

Ø Ensure efficient communication between local customers and Safesky Energy internal teams

Ø Occasional travel within local market for customer visits and solar industry events

Ø Senior position required team management experiences and 5-8years success experiences in solar inverter sector, and with good network & recognition in local solar industry.


Ideal Profile

 

Ø Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields

Ø Fluency in English (spoken and written), or Chinese is a plus

Ø Sales mindset, proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented

Ø 1–2 years of experiences in business development or sales (junior level)

Ø 5-8 years of experiences in business development or sales (senior level)

Ø Familiarity with the solar industry or industrial sectors is a strong plus

Ø Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ø Good computer literacy (MS Office, CRM, etc.)
